As soon as your subscription is paid you are automatically sent an email message telling you what your license number is. This message will also confirm the other details we have in our customer database such as subscriber name and license type.
Sometimes an email message will simply go astray and never arrive. Existing subscribers have also been known to lose their license numbers. Request another copy of the welcome email message here.

If your spam filter blocks this email message (quite a common problem) then simply requesting another copy will not solve the problem – the new copy will be blocked too. If you suspect this is the problem you may be able to review your blocked messages and get our email released. Failing that, write to us and we will send your license number in a reply email.
