Log in problems
- Make sure that
your browser accepts cookies. You will not be able to log on unless
it does.
In Internet Explorer 5 select Tools, Internet Options. Click
the Security tab, and click Custom Level. Scroll down to Cookies and
enable cookies that are stored on your computer. You may choose
enable or prompt, depending on your preference. Click OK.
In Netscape 6
select Edit, Preferences. Select Advanced then Cookies, and enable
either all cookies or cookies for the originating web site only,
depending on your preference.
In other browsers the process is
similar.
- Make sure that
you have the correct license number. Get a fresh copy here.
- If you are using an Auto Login page make sure it is saved on a local or network disk drive.
It will not work if saved on a web site. It will also not work if it has been edited. Get a fresh
copy here.
